We recently moved to the Charlotte area from out of state and Joseph was recommended to us by a mutual friend. He gave up a weekend driving me all over town. (I think we saw 13 houses over 2.5 days) After deciding on a house he really went to bat for us and helped with negotiating with the builder. There was an issue with our lender's bank wiring the money at the correct time and he waited at the closing office until it cleared and came and meet us with the keys to our new home. Joseph was great to work with, never pushy, and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Charlotte area.
